Dr. Rubinstein is a pediatrician and retired as Director of CCDD in June 1997. He continues to document all cases of RTS brought to his attention and will help with the diagnosis and answer questions . He has a large questionnaire for families to fill out to help in the documentation of their child and now enters the information on a data base at CCDD. Every child documented by Dr. Rubinstein has a personal file and is entered into the data base.
